Where should I go in HOU for an oil change?

Who'll do it right, with Castrol 5/20?

Any suggestions near Galleria/Reliant Stadium/Med Center? Not the dealer, please.

I know you said not the dealer--but I have never had any issues with Jeff Haas and their oil changes have been the cheapest.

Maz-Max is pretty good. I had them do my oil change while they swapped out transmission and differential fluids to Royal Purple. They aren't near Galleria/Reliant Stadium/Med Center though, but they seem to be good guys.

I can't believe I didn't mention Maz-Max...I've had nothing but Mazdas--and they worked on them all (1997 Miata, 1993 FD RX7, 1998 Millenia S, 1999 Millenia S, and my moms 1995 929 back in the day). They know their stuff and won't do you wrong.
