Water in oil?

I just returned from getting my oil changed and the tech told me that my oil was white and milky. he said it was from moisture inside the engine. The only thing I can think of getting water in the oil would be when I changed the spark plugs. The car flooded on me and the dealership told me to remove the plugs and let the fuel evaporate over time. Is there something that I can do aside from taking it to the dealership? I'm sure they'll charge an arm and a leg. I love this car but it seems to be quite the pissy little thing. The engine light is showing after the oil replacement.

45k miles.
nothing maint wise, aside from normal maintenance.
I drive it pretty hard since the tech at the mazda shop said i should rag it pretty heavy from time to time.

Could be a coolant seal dying. Ever overheated??? Does it overheat now?

Ask the tech where he saw the milky stuff. If it was on the dipstick its normal, don't worry. If he saw it in the pan he dumped the used oil in then there is an issue.

I can understand a lil but sumthing that you will notice should not be considered normal! Indication of this usually tend to gravitate toward a coolant seal.
Just because it is not overheating does not mean it is not one. I hope it isn't but, do a coolant system pressure check top be sure!
