im thinking about getting my wheels refinished so there is no curb rash on them and they gave me the choice of changing the color also im wondering what everyone thinks about black wheels on grey 8

 

Hot pink! With whale skin hubcaps, and all-leather cow interior, and big brown baby seal eyes for headlights!

But if you don't want to be that eccentric, then yeah, smoothin out the rash is good. Maybe a smoked look? All depends on what you want to go for.

 

My opinion is that refinished STOCK wheels wouldnt look too hot.

Id prefer to get a new set of rims with a shiney black finish for the spokes and a shiney silver finish for the circle part that connects to the spokes.

 

well im wantin to smoke all my lights corners included and i want my wheels darker so i was thinkin to do gloss black on the spoke and leave the barrel of the wheel the stock silver color but dunno if that would look good

 

just get the new '09 stock wheels that come in that gun metal color. **** looks really nice for a stock wheel. i think it's 19" too!

 

but im wanting to keep 18s. i like the way the 18s look with the s techs i have on mine and tires for 19s are way too expensive. i might have my whole wheels powder coated gunmetal though. that would look really good on my car i think
