well qt, i got my exhaust system for Jscspeed.com and it's the full system... It's a headerback system with a Cat-less catalytic converter replacement pipe, then mid pipe, and mufflers... i got pics on my albums if u wanna see alice

 

I just have the AP mid-pipe, which is a cat-delete pipe.

 

I'm going to try and make the dfw cruise on the 24th. Who's in?

Anyone ever take off a front bumper before?

 

I here its easy but no not doing it till i get my new bumper

 

Hmm ok I looked it up I just need to change my lights out and readjust the bumper to make it flush

No probably will tomorrow night I am adjusting a headlight because there not even fixing my corner light and refitting the bumper it's not exactly flush on one side the body shop I went to sucked and apparently can't do a damn thing right. They scratch one of my headlights bad too. They had my car for over a month and I am having to go back and fix there screw ups. I am not a happy camper

 

Okay so i took off my front bumper(easy as pie fyi). And adjusted my head lights now i can see at night which is a good thing.
Now for the bad
So most of you know i took got got in a finder bender and took it to a body shop to get it fixed. They had my car for 30 plus days because they suck.
Well my bumper on the side i got hit never was flush when i got it back the bumper never really had damage it was the fender and they had to take the bumper off to fix it.
Well when i took the bumper off i found 2 problems
1 the side marker light holder there are some clips that are broken on it not to big of a deal doesnt really effect how the bumper fits but none the less its broken.
2 (This is why i am livid pissed right now and probably going to kill some one.)
This piece shown in the pic is broken little hard to explain in text with out some of you know exactly what i am talking about.
But with that broken the side marker holder has nothing to hold up leaving the bumper slid down a little bit making it not flush.
Needless to say the body shop broke it and when i took it back in they glued it in place but still didnt look flush thats why i took it off.
and this is what i found.
So now i am trying to decide what to do. Any suggestions?
Take it back to the shop and bitch.
Take the loss and spend 300-800 on a new more stylish bumper?
I dont know but i want it fixed i am jobless and dont have the cash to really go out get a new bumper fit it and paint it. Soo.... i dont know this saturday blows!!!!!!!

I'm sorry western man I would def take it back to them u have the paper work they kept it that long and plus they just half assed it. I care a lot for my car there is noway that would go down w me.actually when I was takeing my lowering springs off and putting them on ur car the guy that did it put a dent n my front fender well I went back down there and was pissed I freaked out on him I knew I was going to jail lol but I'm doing my brake clipers tomarrow yay ill try n post pics it hasn't been letting me on here idk the deal w that also I'm doing my own oil change this Monday I want to learn how to do everything on my car

Take it back to them. That is unacceptable. The only bad thing is you probably signed a paper stating that you accept the car and it is fixed properly or some other legal garbage. Who did it? I know another body shop that is outstanding and does awesome work. let me know if you need any back up i will be glad to go with you since I do this type of work also.
