Track days in and around Dallas/Fort Worth

Hi all,

Enjoying my 8, and would love to really open her up sometime in the future, and from what I hear a track day is the place and time to do it. (because yes, no matter what anyone says street racing is stupid)

So, I'm wondering what kinda possibilities exist in the Dalls/Ft Worth area for this kinda stuff. All I know so far is that I need to wear a helmet and i have to pay some money.

So just some genearl questions:
If there is something like this local, where and how much would it cost for a regular guy like me to get in on it?

What all would I need to bring if I were to go? (besides myself and my 8)

Thanks guys!
Jeff

there is motorsport ranch, they have open track days from time to time, the cost is usualy $100-250, depending on who is setting it up and how many cars show. course if you really want to open her up I would try a cannonball!
