Well I am thinkin about trying to have the next one in May, maybe you can make that one.

 

seatownracer, looks like you did an amazing job getting the meet organized. i will def be at the next one!!!!!

 

I had a blast, and I think I silenced some of the anti-AT crowd too

I know one issue was the bikes and I started thinking that maybe if we do it at a colder point when it's less enjoyable for a bike to be out, we may have better luck.

I WAS A BLAST!!!!!

I am down for doing this twice a year, i agree with the suggestion of doing it in a colder time when bikes should not be such a problem. I would say late February or early March would be a great time to return. The warmer the weather, the more bikes will be on the road.

Not trying to hate about the turn promise, I was just trying to highlight the fact that on the next run the leader have a navigator present. I know being in the first group that none of us were fracking around. There were several points were trying to navigate and handle a radio would have be overally dangerous while trying to drive. Luckily there werent too many spots that forced us to take a right or a left due to a stop sign etc. Having a second pair of eyes up front helps alot as the lead car can warn the rest of bad turns.
