Looks like the Ford Taurus tried to swerve to miss but nailed this guy and destroyed the passenger side of the rear bumper. Either that or they were trying to squeeze through to the turn lane and didn't have time to stop. Not sure if that owner is on the boards. I was driving up to the scene as soon as each driver went back in their cars.
