SARX Decals
Ok so we finally are getting the SARX decals done.
The price is $10 each, they are approx 2" tall and about 12" wide in metallic silver, if you want a different color please let me know and I will see what I can do. We would like for everyone attending the Texas 8 to rep the SARX club.
Please post if you want one, the initial order is for 12 decals and getting more will be pretty easy now that we have the design done.

tbk - 1 white
Hoss-05 - 1 fuchsia
joshmiller - 1 ( i dont think he can color match ti gray)

OK... so the color request is getting out of hand....
I asked a while for suggests on the color and didn't get any response, so myself and 9k decided to go with a metallic silver, note this is not sunlight silver. The only reason that I ordered a yellow and white for Cornholio was because in the initial discussion he told me that those were the colors he wanted.
I will speak with the shop tomorrow and see if he has already ordered the material for the silver, if not then I put a stop to the silver order and see about a different color material. The silver material that he was ordering is suppose to be stronger (his words) than the basic vinyl he gets, he agreed to sell it at cost because of other issues (top secret for now).
So for now, until I get word from him tomorrow..... the color is metallic silver for the initial batch. (with the exception of Cornholio) Once the initial material is used will he provide the different colors at the same price. I would assume he would not mind making other colors but I would imagine a raise in cost to offset the added cost of the unused silver material.
And trust me .... 10 bucks is cheap, I shopped around with about 5 other shops. They wouldn't even get into the design... the flat out said 20-30 depending on final design and to email them a design before any final pricing was to be set. The shop we picked, is doing all of the design work and set the price before I have even approved a design.

OK, so here is the deal with the decals.
He has already purchased the special metallic vinyl, I have seen in and compared it to the other stuff.... it looks to be considerably more durable. I would not describe the color as silver or gray, it is in between and gives a good contrast.
The material was a bit more expensive then he anticipated but will still honor the $10 price he originally quoted on the silver only. For those that want a different color (does not apply to cornholio) the price will be $15 per decal to help him offset the cost of the material that now will not be used. If we can sell all of the decals in silver, then the price for other colors in the future will come back down to $10, which means we have to sell the 10 I initially order plus 10 more, he said that will cover his losses enough to give us the price back on the other colors.
He is being pretty cool with us, we are even planning on getting some full color business cards made up for the SARX club and giving a few to everyone so that yall can hand them out to other 8's that you see around. The bigger of a community we get, the better it will be for all of us.

OK time to vote on the decal font.... we have 5 fonts to choose from... from top (1) to bottom (5)
voting will end tomorrow night and will be given to the shop on thursday morning so we can possibly have them done by friday/saturday.

while I appreciate your willingness to offer up AFTER we had contacted you about a month ago.... I had to go with a local company that could follow through quickly.
10 bucks might seem expensive compared to your decals, but having owned one of the Polak graphics 8club stickers, i will pay for the better material that wont fade or come off while washing the car.
