I'm there. How did I miss this. It sucks that the Z meet is during the week and out in BFE this year.

Huh? BFE? How do you figure? The convention is always during the week. For some reason people don't get that this isn't just a Texas event. We have people driving from California, Canada, NJ and all points in between.

You need to give people 2 days to drive to the convention and 2 days to drive home. Then you have to coordinate hotels, a race track, restaurants, caterers, car show site, volunteers, sponsors etc.. so everyone has the dates available you need. So there is more to it than just picking dates and saying ok let's do it on these days

Oh, I totally understand, it just sucks for me. I try and go to the Z show every year at Champs and since this year the show is during the week and out past 1604, I can't even run by at lunch.

Gotcha. Yeah these are two completely different events. Our show at Champps is more of a Texas event. The convention is a different beast. The ZCCA holds an annual Z convention in a different city around the U.S. every year. Obviously this year San Antonio has it.

Up in the air. It is going to depend on too many factors that are still undecided.
