Yep, MSR and Eagles Canyon are the only two permanent racetracks in the DFW area. There are several organizations that run events in DFW, from autocrosses to time trials to HPDE (high performance driver's education on the track) to wheel-to-wheel racing:

Texas Region Sports Car Club of America (SCCA) – Autocross, W2W racing (various locations)
Equipe Rapide – Autocross (various locations)
North Texas Autocross Series – Autocross (various locations)
Maverick Region PCA (Porsche Club of America – Autocross, time trials, HPDE, and W2W racing (various locations)
Lone Star BMW Car Club of America – Autocross, HPDE, and W2W racing (various locations)
Apex Driving Academy – HPDE and time trials (Motorsport Ranch, Cresson)
Eagles Canyon Track Days – HPDE (Eagles Canyon Raceway, Slidell)
