I ahve seen a Black 8 with black rims and seem to have a bodykit on it on Coit and Emily road area. Its a real nice looking one and i believe its got an aftermarket exhuast mod as well....looks nice and sounds nice......anyone on here?

Saw a white 8 on Kirby Drive at West Holcombe in Houston. I actually got a wave back from another 8 owner, first time in a while.

 

Saw a WB RX8 in the autocross in Austin this weekend. He did pretty good on one of his runs with a 52 something second run. I thought it was pretty awesome, especially when seeing some NXS's and a Z8 going in the high 50's near 60 seconds.

Came back to Houson last night and rolled down Westhiemer with a Titianium Gray RX8 to my right side. Looked at him but he didn't look back plus he was with his girl. Also saw a WB RX8 in my area with a Mazdaspeed body kit.

Question to you Ausin folks...is Austin getting more rowdy now? My friend got his passenger rear window smashed up because some idiot guy punched right through his window. Sure, the guy was big, but his hand was no match for the window. This whole incident happened because the big guy's girlfriend flipped off my friend and he shrugged at it. Then she probably talked him into taking out the window. If any of you guys know this big guy, who drives a green lexus (year is in the 90's) and he had to get surgery on his hand for punching a window, make sure you let him know that he's a dumbass and we got his plate numbers; so expect some cops at your door in the near future - Dumb ***.

 

While at 24 Hour Fitness on Richmond Ave across from Best Buy today, I saw a Ti Grey with a Mazdaspeed spoiler. Didn't catch if it have the body kit or not, still looked nice from what I saw.

 

Well, He would have gotten introduced to Mr. Colt if that was me.

 

Austin hasn't gotten more rowdy, just more crowded. Austin is boooooming right now, along with all the surrounding areas, which is attracting a lot of new people, some are cool and a lot are idiots from what I've seen.

 

Passed a VR today on my way to work today. I think the driver was a chick... on her phone... like it always is...

I gave a half-assed wave as I flew by. Anyone here care to claim?

And who the hell owns that Yellow one I see parked by the Exxon station every day?

There's a bank or something right next to the Exxon, and there's a yellow 8 parked in the same spot every day.

In other news, I saw a teen in a 4th gen Supra on my lunch break. He pulled up next to me and waved in the same way that I would expect someone in an RX to... kinda weird, but whatever - I just figured he was complimenting my car and thought nothing of it...
...and then the light went green...

This ******' moron guns it and beelines straight into my lane nearly ripping my front bumper off!! Not exactly sure what the dipshit was trying to prove, but a part of me wanted to "fake" road rage just to put the kid under pressure and make him crash...


If anyone sees a blonde-haired young kid in a red 4th gen Supra driving around in north Houston, do me a favor and run it into a telephone poll.

 

I saw a yellow RX8 at the McDonalds/Valero in Texarkana a couple days ago. It had black wheels and it looked like smoked tails.

 

Spotted nice honey in a yellow on 410 by Northstar. Gave her a honk and a wave and got a smile in return. Too bad I was in the fast lane and she was in the slow so I couldn't bust a pic.

Saw a WB on Burnet yesterday afternoon and a SS turning right onto manor.

I was in the black.

 

Have to put this one down since I keep driving by it. Ti grey (I think, but I can't remember all the grey/silver colors out there) parked at the Farmer's Insurance office on the right off of Precinct Line (southbound), before you hit the light for Mid-Cities Blvd. I drive by every couple of days and always see the 8 there during the day.

Oh yeah, there is also another woman who works at Cook's off of Precinct Line who drives a red 8 (I am the "other" pregnant woman that comes up there from time to time to visit my husband).

 

I saw a VR going the other direciton yesterday. Looked to be stock, driver was late 20's/early 30's looking. I gave a wave, but I don't think he saw...

Spotted a Ti or White on 290 heading west at 12:33am last night...

I was in the SS RX that was cruising along at 90ish and then slowed down to roll down the window and wave before turning off towards 360 N...

That was some bright HID's you got on there...made mine look like flashlights...

Okay, I saw a SunSilver friday on 6th Street turning onto Guad (I think). Girl driver, with a dude in the passenger seat. It was in the evening, around 7.30 or 8ish I think... I don't remember as I hopping to another bar after a few drinks.

Earlier in the thread someone mentioned how Austin is booming. Yup it is... I've noticed Austin has become a lot more like Dallas in the downtown area; more condos and swanky lounges/clubs. Makes me sad.
