I've seen the same yellow one for the past month or so now parked by the hastings off slide road.

 

saw a black one on mopac today pulled up behind a dodge durango, looked like he was helping out homedude with car trouble

I'm spotting RX-8s at a record rate (which is still only 1 or 2 a week, but hey, for me that's a ton), and NO ONE THAT I SPOT POSTS HERE... EVER... EVEN WHEN I SPOT THEM OUT OF TOWN!!



I've got 76,000 miles on my baby, and I've not been spotted **ONCE**

Could just ONE person in The Woodlands not be a 30-45 year old woman on her phone who knows nothing about her RX8 other than "it's 'cute'"?????

it's all good, took me almost 3 years before someone on this board spotted me lol I saw a guy on 183 today, tit grey with 16's I think. I saw another one on mopac on the way home near wm cannon exit heading south, tried to get homedude's attention but no dice.

 

Spotted a Nordic Green around noon this afternoon, headed northbound on Murphy Road in Richardson. Black wheels with polished lip and Greddy duals, from the sound/look. Nice looking car.

That's the first "other" Nordic Green I've seen around here.

 

Just moved to Austin, I have a silver 8 w/ nothing really noticable about it... nothing at all done to it, but I love it ... I've seen alot more 8's out here than anywhere I've lived in the past which is nice. Well anyway just wanted to say whats up and if I see you on the road hey.

 

Spotted a Winning Blue in front of me and a Velocity red on the other side of the road and a brilliant black behind me off of 121 near grapevine mills mall.... what are the odds of that !!!!????!!!!

 

Was it dirty? Sounds exactly like my car, I work in Richardson, but mine is dirty.

 

Now that i think about it i did see that car also around the campbell area last week hmmmm and yeah it was dirty LOL

 

ill agree with that there are record numbers of RX-8's i have been seeing lately its like 4 months ago i went to seeing maybe 1 a month now its like 1 a day i got to buy more stuff on mine to stand out now ......LOL

 

That's jones75254, he lives in that area, has the Nordic Green with the Greddy exhaust and black rims and chrome lip

 

When they are clean my wheels are actually painted NG, not black... but I can see where it would be hard to tell.

I work at Glenville and Greenville, right by Campbell Rd.

 

canary, i may have seen you a while back headed southbound on 360. it's the only yellow 8 with black rims that i've seen.

i might be the "black/shinka" you saw going onto old spicewood, i love that road. mine's black, and i have the trunk de-badged except the "rx-8" is smack dab in the middle of the trunk lid and the holes from "mazda" are not filled, that's how you can tell it's me

yeah that road is a blast, even scary at times, especially when heading towards 360 on it there is one section which goes over a low water crossing and there is nothing on the right except rocks/water, so if you misjudge the turn you're going out dukes of hazzard style I saw a silver pulling out of an apt. complex today on riata trace, I work in the offices over there. I waved/flashed lights, couldn't quite tell if the driver waved back lol I take 360 home almost every day, seems to be the better bet going south in the evenings, while mopac going north in the mornings seems to work okay. I didn't see your trunk, also the only other yellow I know of in town that has anything done has stripes/rims and no kit, haven't seen any other yellows with as much done as mine (yet, much less with black work's and huge lip). I also saw a grey at the light on parmer/riata vista doing a u-turn, had a mazdaspeed bumper/carbon hood, no other work done.

 

Red with strakes, chrome fuel door, rx8club stickers, and clear corners? At Jeff Haas Mazda in Houston.

 

at home depot today in keller off of 35w (i think that's keller... just south of golden triangle) silver, big black spoiler (huge), enkei wheels, rotor sticker on fuel door, for sale sign in the back window

 

saw a blue BB at Josey / Beltline this morning, I believe it was BigRed.

 

I believe that was me, i remember being passed up by an 8 just as i turned left onto Renner off of Murphy Rd. If it WAS you then thanx for the wave. Yeah we (Nordics) are a rarity, havent seen many around. We gotta stick togetha!!

coming on to 1431 from my development, noticed an SS sitting at the light, he came up behind me and we were able to play for a little on 35 before he took his exit in Georgetown. Not sure if he is on here, since he did not wave, just had a mutual respect for the cars

 

saw a galaxy grey on mopac near barton skyway, then a winning blue a few minutes later near camp mabry heading north as I was

 

Spotted at least a few 8's on the UTSA campus... 1 yellow and 1 or 2 blacks. also a gray (dont remember if it was titanium or sunlight silver)
