I know some people here are lurking this thread and some don't even have an account. Lets get some input going. If we don't then the meets are already going to be weak. Lets get the RX8 community going in Houston

 

i agree either some people are shy or just lazy i mean im lazy but still always up to meet new ppl n everyone ive me so far are cool as ****

 

Why don't you guys just come out to the official RX-Club meetings.

Usually we have 20-30 cars!! The more the merrier.

 

I'm always down for anything.

 

I want to make it to a meet, but I usually work in the evenings. How about something in a monday? lol

 

we need to plan somthin like a few months away that way it gives everyone time to plan i know i need at least 2 weeks 2 put in for a day off but alot need at least a month

 

Still trying to come out to one. Hopefully it doesn't fall on another important date for me.

I am down for pretty much any day. As long as my schedule stays open. Let this thread build up with more interest then we can nail down a certain day of the week.

Sounds good. I always like a good amount of time to flex my schedule. How about anything after the date Aug 12? That gives us a month, but now we need to think about a day in the week.

 

Right now Im available most nights; when school starts in August though I'll only be free 2 or 3 nights a week.

 

I'll be down there starting July 24th....school starts Aug 16th and will be a major time sucker though.

Thanks for the offer, but I actually have all my stuff in the apartment already!!! Well everything but my TV and Xbox. I can't go that long without Modern Warfare.

 

Same here...thinking about school gets me sad haha.

I also suggest we meet up at the D&B parking lot on I-10 again. It seems to be a good central meeting area.

They have Red Robins around the corner we could eat at or go straight to D&B. It is pretty ironic because we always have dinner in the past at Red Robins but no D&B after.

 

Here is a picture of an older meet. Pretty much we could meet in the open space parking lot like in the picture in front of D&B.

School starts in August so maybe we should do it late July or beginning of August and avoid inconvenience for others once school starts.

 

Any day is good for me until I start school except for Aug 13.

 

yea im up for any day in august except the end im on vacation id say the 1st week so we miss school starting and so i can put in my request at work lol

 

thanks for the link sifu ... well my schedule is pretty flexible so long as i know like a week in advance coz my dad makes my schedule every friday for the comin tuesday to monday so as long as i know when the meet is i can make it a point to take the time off with no problems ... other than that im usually off mon and tuesday and work nights the rest of the week except friday when i get off at 7

edit 1st week of august is WONDERFUL for me coz i have the week of 7th to 14th off as family is visiting from dubai but ill be here so i can take a evening for the meet easy !!!!

 

Any weekday works for me as well

 

It seems like so far Monday could bring out the most people.

Which sounds better for everyone...August 2 or August 9?

 

I'm free any day. During week days I won't be available till after 8 pm because of work.
