In need of a transmission rebuild.

Can someone point me in the direction of a reputable shop that can rebuild my transmission? I would rather not be stuck with some mom 'n pop shop around here that has no idea what they're doing..
I'm near Corpus Christi and am willing to drive a couple hours to drop the tranny off.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.
