i've got an extra bedroom in a condo near the Galleria I'm looking to rent out for $600/month all bills paid (power,water,phone,internet,cable....all you cover is food). Since I'm a car guy I figure it would be nice to find someone who was as well. the room has its own bathroom, and is pretty big. I'm ok with you going month to month.

For legal and financial reasons, I will have to do a credit/background check, not trying to be big brother, but its for everyones good.

The only downside is that there is only one garage spot(mine) and the extra parking, while plentiful, isn't covered.
