7 weeks......7 WEEKS.......THAT'S IT? :p Damn...that puts me in line for Sainthood! :D I waited an entire year...1 full friggin' year! And though I may be drivin' her...she still ain't done. So just know this, no matter how bad it may seem, there's always someone who's got it worse! (And that someone is likely me! haha )

Anyway, I do hope you get your car back soon. I know what its like to be able to have daily visitation rights, and do your own work on her here and there...but yet it never seem like she'll be done.

Oh, and if you still need the lovin' you can come up to cleveland and visit anytime! I'll even take you for a ride in my baby! :D

 

Damn 1 year, I would be F**king pissed off like hell to wait one year to get something done! Just curious what exactly they do to your car to have you wait for a year.Was it for free or something?I just couldn't imagine waiting a year for a car to get done.

Got good news guys!!! Went up to the shop again today after work and helped the guys install the midpipe (well, I handed them things and gladly started the car when asked to), I installed the new bulbs and I GOT TO DRIVE IT!!!!! D:D Oh man, I seriously had forgotten how much fun it was to drive the 8! Everything fell right back how it used to be... no more reaching for blind spots or worrying about hitting the car behind me when I'm backing up and now being able to stop on a dime and not worry about the back end of the car crushing me. It was bliss. Brought it back, gave a report to Chris, he fixed the two minor issues, and it's awesome. No CEL light with the midpipe (bonus) and the car sounds great!

What's even better? The bumper was drying while we ate dinner so it'll get installed tomorrow along with the other "goodies" that go with it and the car will get washed and viola! It's done!

So the next favor that I need someone to help me out with...... Is anyone available around 6:30pm tomorrow to take me to pick up my car? :D

 

I live close to the Hulen area, how far would you need to be dropped off? and from where?
I could get away for a while if it won't take long. I am after all, just dropping you off.

I need to go to Haltom City, 377 off of Loop 820. It takes about 25 min if you take the west loop (traffic is terrible on 35 if the sun is up). You would be just dropping me off and then you can see my 8! :D Do you think you can do it? I'll PM you my cell so you can reach me if you need to.

Something about a broken wheel bearing? While it was getting aligned, they found a broken wheel bearing. The front & skirts are being put on now and Martin should call me later on when it's done. Blue, thanks for the offer but I don't need a ride up there afterall. And you left me a msg but no number to call back on..... :D
