I was thinking about hosting a Houston meet but I just didn't know when.

I am glad you brought up this subject though so we can get a interest going

I am down like always...now we just need to figure when to do this. D&B on I-10 has been the most convenient place for everyone in the past.

 

**** yeah it's been way too long. Been working 9 hour days so im free Fri night's through the weekend.

i havent been to one since i joined this forum it would be nice to get one together there is a nice place on I-10 and westgreen its a huge parking lot well average for a meet and the property owner never cared when we met up there just throwing the idea out there but maybe we can shoot for monday night or thursday night its the slowest time around there that i have noticed

 

I can pretty much go out any night of the week. But Thursday sounds good to me.

Yeah Westgreen/I-10 parking lot is nice since Slicks and stuff is right there. But we also have to take in account for other members that are all the way on the North/South/East side of town. I take it that me and you are on the Katy side but in the past the D&B parking lot never gave us any problems either security wise or location.

We should definately get a poll going or so about this. What would everyone be up for. We could do something like these for example:

1. D&B parking lot. Grab something to eat either at D&B or Red Robins and then hit up some games inside D&B. (this has been the most popular one so far)

2. Westgreen/I-10 parking lot with Slick pool hall with a couple of food places like Texas Roadhouse/Stir-fry/pizza joint and random other things. (Cheddars is awesome!)

3. Hooters at Westheimer and Gessner.

I am down to go anywhere as long as no one has a problem with the location. I know some of you have came down from the Woodlands area before and some from down the South. Lets get some opinions on where everyone wants to go and we can go from there!

I would like to go to the BBQ but I will probably be in Austin that weekend for project 512.

I'm a couple hours away from Houston but I'd definately be down for the drive. Even though my 8 needs a repaint and a drop pretty bad

Makes no difference where we meet. Im pretty close to everything. Hooters or D&B's... leaning more toward D&B's though

ok how about this we set a date next month that way everyone can request a day off work and things so we can make things final . Im down for D&B tho, so if anyone else agrees to shoot for a day in june like mid june on friday n we culd have a nice lil drive to the westheimer n 6 meet if we want to lol i havent been there in forever. Im sayin like june 18 or 25 ...... just so we can work around everyones schedule.

D&B sounds great! About 20 minutes from my place, sounds badass guys just lets setup the date precisely and the day and it'll be totally sick

 

i know this is short notice but does anyone want to hang tonight? me and some PROJECT M guys are trying to find something to do tonight

 

ok well i guess date is set on june 18th around 8pm and D&B after the worst of houston traffic is gone hope we get a nice turnout let me know who is all going for sure and i can setup another thread with the list or somthing if needed
