Houston every now and meet
We haven't met up for a while, and wanted to see how many people are down for a meet this coming Tuesday? ALL OLD AND NEW WELCOME!!!
When: February 24, 2009 - Tuesday
Where: dave and buster's (off of I-10)
Time: Parking lot at 7:00 - ?!?!??!?!
-Just wanted to see all my rx8 buddies (old and new) We will most likely eat dinner at the complex building and ..... Perhaps we can grab a beer or two also!!

Nick works nights now so I don't see him making it.
Maybe I can get John (twistedrotors) to come out. He has a new rotary compression tester he's trying to sell. Would anyone be interested?
Although I doubt he would want to do any testing in the middle of a parking lot at night time.

sorry guys i had an emergency with the damn water pipe!! sorry for the inconvenience caused to anyone.. if you guys want to host another meet this week to make up for this tuesdays i'll definitely attend.. or if ya'll want to i can host another one

what a bad attempt to create a meet. It's no ones fault, it just seems like everyone had something else to do or was busy. Maybe we can all gather up sometime later on in the spring on a clear day at the same place we always meet at

Actually I was thinking about mentioning this for a while. I know someone with a shop that I might be able to talk into having a big car meet at. He has a complete shop with lifts, paint booth(well being installed soon) and is big into RX-7s.
He does work for several RX-7 guys around Houston and tons of custom work on all sorts of cars.
I need to ask before I volunteer his shop for a meet, but I know everyone has wanted an install party for a while. I'm sure he could use the business for harder to do items, like turbo installation.
Also if planned out I might be able to get the guy who makes the compression tester to maybe test a few peoples compression. He could use it anyways to help sell it.
