I'm a new and proud owner of a 2005 RX-8 and I joined up thanks to dazygirl!
I met her downtown last weekend, and she had explained to me of this website.
(Actually, I knew about it... joined, but never played with it til now)

welcome to the site...i just sold my 8 today. kinda depressed, but i'm driving a 2002 accord EX coupe. its pretty nice, and gets GREAT gas mileage but its no 8. i'm going bike shopping tomorrow! but i will see everyone out next tuesday for sure!

How do you shoot flames?

Mr. Ed, are you going to update your avatar? I'm tired of looking at that ugly focus.

 

i'll put the bike up for my avatar as soon as i get it...i might have a pic of the 8 on the laptop. as for shooting flames...once you get your car ready and have the midpipe on i'll show you. its takes some time to find that sweet spot in the RPMs, but once you so you'll be throwing flames like crazy out your exhuast.

as for the hood, i'll cut a good deal so i don't have to ship it. its one of a kind and i had nothing but compliments on it.

 

Sorry you sold your 8... but.....I want the clears!!!!!!!!!!!!!

damn I really need those man. The ones on eBay are overpriced if you ask me.
Plus I've only had my 8 for a few weeks and i cant stand to look at those amber
side markers!

still looking around right now. went to a couple dealerships today but nothing. got the name of a guy who wholesales so i'm gonna give him a call tomorrow.

Will you be including bulbs with the clears? If so, what type are they?
(trying to get away from the amber colors)

 

sure. i have 2 white LED bulbs i'll throw in.

 

Then we may have a deal! Is it hard to replace them? I'd like to do it right then and there on Tuesday. I'm ready to get rid of those amber colored ones.
