Falling Prices

Falling Prices
I been looking for a used RX8 for a while by a private seller. For example,
.........craigslist links not allowed....Sis a good deal.
I am waiting till the prices get a little better maybe in the 4 figure range. With the economy thats not too far fetched.
I am not looking for the base model either - Atleast a Sunroof.
Any thoughts?

If you're ready to buy, I just bought mine in Austin, but have looked at several all over TX including DFW,Austin and Houston. There's a great deal on one in Austin that I would have bought had I not got mine. Email me and I'll get you his contact info, he's ready to sell now and should be able to go near you're 4 digit price range. This is as of this past weekend when I picked mine up, went to go test drive it and take a look over it.

Always a good idea. I found several I thought were good deals till I found out they were previously wrecked (and repaired) or suspiciously went on sale for cheap and bounced through owners right after Hurricane Katrina.

Dude... 84k miles for 12k.... your smoking crack, even modded out. So not worth it. got mine for a couple grand more at 24k miles.

My first choice would be a one owner RX8 and from an Individual.
I don't like or trust dealerships. I seen some great deals on Craigslist with Dealerships in Austin, but I am sure the price changes once you sit down with a salesman and you'll never know how it was treated.
