Question Ethanol Free Gas in The Woodlands

Does anyone know of any stations that sell ethanol free gas in The Woodlands area?

I don't think you can get that anywhere in Harris or Montgomery counties. You'll have to travel a little bit a county or 2 away before you find it.

Gasoline has to meet certain state and federal requirements before it is sold. This is primarily for emissions control. Standards are set by the federal government, but how those standards are met are regulated by the states. Farm states like to add alcohol to get votes from farmers. Below are the different ways gasoline is formulated and the counties these formulations are required.



I have no idea what some of this means, but it looks like your going to have to go west for a few counties to get plain gas.

From the looks of that chart, all he has to do is go one county over west or north which would be Grimes or Walker.

if not shell v-power has the least amount. 5% i think. is that right?
