my rear shocks gave out. completely




i have tein basics on order they get here friday. i NEED these in ASAP. i will be installing them friday night and would love help.

its all good. i would love to but i dont want to drive that far without shocks. my tires would be very angry with me.

 

I have dinner plans in Irving on Friday evening, but have done this swap many times. Depending on where and when I may be able to at least knock out part of it. Or I'm free this evening if you just want to go ahead and getterdone. I also have a professional spring compressor for pulling the OE shock tops off. Come to think of it, I also have a set of loose OE shock tops too.

 

^ Sounds like your best bet Dead. A real spring compressor will make this job easy.

 

But I don't think he's gonna have them until tomorrow.

Because they coil-OVER and springs spring up!

 

Because you don't have to use spring compressors or cut bumpstops...And if you don't use an electric/air wrench with the spring compressors it takes even longer.
