We are organizing a dyno day for all local groups to be held on Feb. 10th. The event is limited to 20 cars on the dyno, and 30 guests. Free food and drink, etc. There will be prizes given. I'm just trying to see if there is any interest. We have a Dyno Dynamics two wheel dyno, so we can do steady state tuning as well power pulls with A/F. We've got a turbo E36 M3 project car that should be running an Autronic SM4 by then. We're also in the process of building a K20 turbo hatch. I just remodeled the showroom with tons of performance parts, so it will also be an open house as well. Price is $40 for Forum members for the dyno pulls. We would like to see as many people there as possible.

I'm mildly interested - but I need to know how much hp your dyno can handle because I'd be coming out with a friend.

 

Well we are running a Dyno Dynamics so I'm sure we can handle whatever comes out, what is your friend bringing and maybe I can shed more light on the situation.

Turbo 5.0 - I'll ask him what his last HP# was at. He had to change some things before having it shipped from Florida this month. (emissions etc.)

 

i think i might go. I think my CAT is going and my plugs are fouling and the dyno would give a good indication of what i'm feeling in the car. We'll see what I'm doin that weekend.

 

let me know some more details like where exactly this would be because I'm game. I'm here in Keller, TX but wouldnt mind making the drive to get a view of what my superCAT, exhaust and stuff have done since my stock dyno. Let me know how much $$$ it would cost as well.

I dyno'd my stock RX8 at Rotary Performace about a year ago, its a good way to baseline as others have said.

put me down for a spot if you havent already (look back at the posts here if you need proof I said I was going to go) How many pulls do we get for $40 bucks? (I'm guessing 3?)
