It's that time again for our monthly meet! We had a great turn out at our last meet with a wide variety of cars showing up, even with chilly weather. So imagine what warmer temps will turn up.

Same time and place. Saturday Febuary 5th at 8pm at the Cheddars parking lot on the corner of I-635 and McCarther.

i'm getting excited...i think the 8 will be done by then...keeping my fingers crossed. and i am planning on wearin shoes his time!!!

also...i think steve got the 3 rotor up and running again and went to alabama for tuning. i'll see if he plans to bring it out again.

 

So, how is the food @ Cheddars?? And, more importantly, do they serve Lone Star?? :D

 

the food isn't to bad, but i'm not sure if they serve any lonestar...not sure of many major restaurants that serve that beer.

 

Yeah, I pretty much figured as much. I have a helluva time finding it anywhere. Come to think of it, the only place I've seen it sold is @ wal-mart... I'm getting stationed elsewhere in about 6 months so, I'm going to have to stock up and take a dozen or so cases with me to last for the first month or so.

I'll probably end up getting down there about 7 or so and have some dinner.

Just a thought, and I don't know if this has been discussed before, why not meet during the day?? It would be alot easier to check out everyone's car. Just wondering. See you in 5 days. Greg--Texas 8

Fear not, I have Shinerbock in my fridge also When I moved down here, Lonestar was all my softball team ever drank and kinda got hooked from there. It's not that bad and cheap to boot...
