I like that idea!! I've got a buddy who used to live up near Sherman (on the way) and he's constantly telling me about a stretch of highway that would be awesome to drive in the 8. Maybe cruise up Saturday afternoon...camp/drink/gamble/etc Saturday night and then lake fun on Sunday. Head back that evening.
my company also has land right near it too the drop off cliffs are amazing, and the drive there has a lot of curves for the 8 either or will do for me.

well... i dont have enough money to bet... and unless your a "Re-TARD" (Hangover) and can win by counting cards I'll probably keep my money in my pocket... but just maybe ill bet...
As for Lake Texoma... im down either way... it sounds really fun but as long as we all head there together, i dont want another ticket....
As for Possum Kingdom, Curvy roads sound awesome but aren't those curvy roads flooded with police as well??? if anything the curvy roads make it worse...

This is true... but certain places are more known for Speed traps etc... EX: Small towns that make hardly any money so they stop everyone that speeds... Where as in bigger cities the police have "bigger fish to fry" than to stop everyone for speeding... if they did that they'd probably get in trouble since Dallas/Fort Worth already has Traffic issues...
