Arrow DFW cruise October, 24

>>>>New Thread<<<<

It's been a while since we have all gotten together for a weekend cruise and I think October 24 sounds as good as any. Here is ample time for you to mark it on your calendars so I don’t want to her any excuses. All are welcome to join… rookies and veterans, the young and old, the fast and the slow… wait, not the slow…

For the rookies: This is a fun event where we explore some of the local country side and great roads that Texas has to offer. This is a spirited drive where we really find out what ‘Zoom Zoom” means.

i am going to create and exit route to get us to highway 75, but the backroads near the lakes are where I grew up as well so I know they arent well traveled.

All right so if everyone agrees with this or doesn't mind these pics.

We can meet at the Texas Roadhouse in Mckinney then from there take the first route to the park to take a photo, and I have a second route that takes us along ray hubbard via back roads to I 30. It says it should take about 2 hours but that depends on if we want to follow speed limits and laws or if we want to run it out?

We generally try to post as little route information as possible on the boards. While the probability is low, unregistered users (aka cops) could be monitoring the forums for stuff like that. Mostly paranoid I guess.

I don't mind it. If your in OK, LA, NM, CO all are welcome. I actually have a plan to do a texas meet for the surrounding areas, or a centralized meet one day, but currently im working on a DIY for the cars lighting system so one thing at a time lol.
