is anybody bringing soft drinks? I know that pretty much everybody is bringing their own drinks, but I figure we might need some Coke, DP, Sprite, etc.

Well,
It doesn't require a "novelty only" sticker to buy. =)

I can bring some cokes or something if you guys want.

I think most food is covered. If you want to just bring more beer or more chips that will work. Everyone will be showing up around 6 or 7. Me closer to 6.

***Also, if anyone has like fold-up or those colapsable chairs those would help, he doesn't have many.***

Well, my plans are a little tight right now. I'll should make it, but I'll be a little later than expected. My family is down looking for houses. They are finally moving back to Texas so I'm going to hang with them for a while.

The new roomie is showing up today around that same time so I'll be just a little late. I have two folding chairs that I'll bring with me too.

Blue Six: have you told your GF that she won't be the only girl? She sorta kinda met me so maybe that can pass as already knowing someone? She'll have fun -- we promise! :D

I'm ready to go right now, but I have to finish my other business. It's been a long last couple of days and I think I could use a beer or two. If anyone can think of anything else to bring just let me know

Thanks Tiff! She'll be okay. You guys are pretty laid back so I'm sure she'll have
fun. I'm also bringing 4 folding chairs which will end up being used by us.
:p

I hope the weather holds until later tonight, or tomorrow. Please don't rain!!!!

On my list:

* 4 folding chairs
* 2 Bags of Chips (Doritos & ???)
* a couple of 2 Ltr. sodas or something.

Got home safe. We also had a good time. Thanks to everybody who contributed to the cook
out, especially Richard for sharing his house.

I had a really good time, I think I ended up getting flipped off like maybe 3 or 4 times. So I must be getting better. The weather and location were great. The rain held off and it was nice and cloudy so no one got sunburnt. Cheers to Richard and Chris. Food was really good too. I'm just glad I didn't take any of those cherry bombs especially after I saw the look on the faces of those that did.

Props to Richard for the awesome location and the expert cookery!
Ugh. I was pretty much hung over all Sunday-cooking Mom's day dinner took much longer and made me much grumpier than usual :D Had a great time.
I'm willing to host the next one, either at my house or at some central location, like Lake Lewisville when it gets a bit warmer?
