So all of the holidays have passed and the New year has come, so the question remains, how many of you have already broken your New Year's resolution? Regardless of what it was, get on down to BJ's in Addison this Thursday night.

Details in case you haven't been or if your mind is just a little foggy... BJ's in Addison at 7:30pm this Thursday. They are located just west of the Tollway on Beltline (Google Street view), on the north side of the road. Several of us tend to park way down the east side of the building... just look for the exclusive RX-8 parking lot (by the brown object in the background of this shot).

If you're planning on coming out, please post accordingly and I will make reservations.

You won't believe this but pending a financial aid phone call tomorrow...I have class! And hey, if that doesn't work out at least I can come and learn some new urban dictionary terms, right? Ha, it's a win-win situation.

 

But if you don't come, then you won't get to see my new toy.

 

Ha, yours and everyone else's, right? I do need an oil change. And I'm sure I need to get some more motivation to get my springs finished and my footwells working. Yeah, screw school, right? Where else can I get picked on for motivation? What's your new toy, the sways?

Yeah, I installed my sways yesterday. I love the change in the ride. I took Lindsay out for my test ride and she noticed the difference. I think I can hit corners around 10+ mph faster. I'll have to do some testing in a safe environment (read: no solid objects that I can run into) for where the break point is.

Turns out I will not be attending SMU this semester. Those people should be ashamed of themselves for how much they charge for two classes! I mean, geez, I could buy a new RX8 or take six hours. Let's face it, we all know where my priorities lie. See you guys Thursday, may have Brandon from the RX7 club (from Oklahoma) with me, but not likely. Claire will probably come, though.

 

I will be there to check out this so-called rx8 meet!!
