I took mine in to Classic in Denton as well, I guess I was after cosmosMpower because they gave me a free tank of gas and a car wash. I saw Jim he was pretty good at keeping me informed it took about 48 hours as well there were still some RX-8's in the service lot but not as many, plus I got to check out their shiney new facility

my car is gettin serviced still at mazda north in richardson. It's been 2 weeks and they are still waiting on some parts and I'm really gettin worried on what is going on with my car. I hope it will be out asap once the part comes in even though they said the ETA on the parts were 10/27 but they said it might come in sooner, but for now im driving the cx7 its ok,, still no 8 tho.

Yeah, make sure you state that you want the free tank of gas and wash.....

I made sure I brought mine in almost completley empty...

I dropped the car off in the afternoon, picked it up after work the next day.... full tank of gas and showroom detailed. Looked sweet......

They flashed the PCM also... which now my RX-8 actually uses oil like I think everyone elses...

I had to add oil beforehand like every 1,600 miles....

Now about every 750-800 I have to add a quart.... dunno, mine certainly uses a LOT more oil now...

Yeah they filled mine up for me (took it in on empty), and washed it. I got it back yesterday afternoon. Mike is a good guy, it took two days but there were lots of cars being worked on.

Mine passed the tests so no new engine but they put new plugs in it and replaced the left tail light lense because of moisture. They are going to replace the center console when the one they ordered comes.
