Question (D/FW) Places to take pictures

Does anyone know of any great places to setup the 8 to take pictures either at night or day?

If anyone plans on taking pics, let me know. I'd like to get some nice shots once all is said and done (and I don't have a digi cam).

What about Lake Worth? Not sure if there's any place to drive up to, but that would be nice in the background.

I found some great spots over by Benbrook lake. When I get home I will post some of the pics and a map.

Another good spot downtown was at the new Peir 1 building.....

Sure if you like courthouses. Might be hard to get a shot without other cars.

When I was cruising around the lake I saw a decked out and pretty clean 04 civic getting professional pics taken. I used his spot when he was done "D

Didn't you used to have a CF Fuel Lid and CF Pillar Covers, jenkins-crew?

Alena and I were talking in the car and she came up with taking pics w/the bluebonnets. I know a great spot off 20 and spur 408 in grand prairie/cedar hill where they grow, but not sure about pics. i'm sure we could find something

You want to park next to a jet? How close do you want to be? I'll ask around and see if something like that can be arranged.

What if I can come up with an existing background to photoshop into? Getting a pic with a jet is tough since they're usually in the hangars behind the fences or on the base. I've had several opportunities to get some in front of the jets that are hanging out at the end of the runway, but cameras aren't allowed inside the fence.

Those pics were taken at a parking garage in the West End.. We shot there for like 5 hours one night and 2 hours another night and we were not bothered by the Police at all, they even came by said hi and left.. LOL..

West end garage has some great views. Also, if you go to the top of the West Village parking garage you can get some good shots of downtown. White Rock could have some pretty good shots as well where you can get downtown Dallas way off in the background.
