Does anyone know where some nice roads are in the Lewisville, DFW area area?

There's a couple of short (a couple miles) runs, but you'll have to head NE of McKinney for better. We've done several cruises out there. Unfortunately, it doesn't compare to the hill country. I saw you posted a hello in the thread for the date being set. Are you going to join us for The Texas 8?

I need to find some curvy roads out in the Haltom City area. I got a hour-drive in a gallardo from a company based in HC for Christmas. I need to find something good to drive that on in the HC area... Ideas?

Well you kinda opened youself up for this one. North Texas is pretty flat, Central Texas on the other hand, especially in certain places... mainly Kerrville isnt.

If you want to see some of what I'm talking about check out my youtube channel where I have videos posted (all short) of previous meets.

I just drove up to Celina and took FM455 to Anna this afternoon after getting new Yokohama s-drives installed yesterday. What a great little 14 miles of some really nice curves and straights. Road wasn't heavily traveled, but I did see several motorcycles racing and 1 2011 Mustang GT. I went east on 455 all the way to 75 and then turned around and went back. This was my first time really pushing my 8 through some decent curves since I bought back in March. Had a great time and the s-drives felt awesome. Most of the curves have 35 mph posted signs and there are a couple of spots where the approach is blind by either trees or tall grass, but the clear spots I could easily take them in 3rd at 50-55 mph. And some pretty nice straights for speed. Scenery is pretty good and actually a little "hilly" (for DFW) in spots. I'll have to go back for a nice casual nighttime cruise.
