Check the new shoes!

Can you say Bling Bling? I'll take some better ones later but I just got them 30 mins ago. Yes those are 275's on 19x9.5" on the rear. Oh yeah Daddy is happy!

I like chrome rims on a black 8. Looks nice.

I hope they don't rub, though. My 275s on 8.5" rims rubbed a bit.

At first glance I was like bling bling.. but closer inspection shows a very nice upgrade!

Good job, I can't wait to see those in person!

Oh, I forgot to mention, I highly recommend painting the vents behind the front wheels chrome. It's so easy...just get some chrome spray paint, pull 'em off, and go to town with several layers. Maybe too bling for some, though.

Here was mine pre-wreck.

One more mod I did right before the wreck, the touch-up paint on the mesh.

If you do these, and I see your car on the road, I'm going to cry. The chrome gas cap was going to be next.

Damn those wheels look good. Chip Foose always turns out a nice clean wheel. I have seen those wheels on Vette's and such but never thought about them on an 8.

Very Clean. Good Call!

Those long lines make the car look wider and meaner. Those lines also mimic the ones in the tail lights.

I think I am going to steal this one.

for 275's just make sure your wheel has a 45 offset or greater. I have 275/35-18 on 9.5" +45mm wheels and I get some rubbing on very large bumps when I have a lot of stuff in the car. No tucking has been required, but a little tucking would totally remove all rubbing.

Ok here are the stats on the new wheels and tires.

Front wheels 19x8.5" w/34 offset. Tires: 245/35ZR19.

Rear wheels 19x9.5" w/40 offset. Tires: 275/30ZR19

Couldn't get the weight of them sorry. I've driven them about 250 miles so far and have not heard them rub at all. I will say I lost a little of the smooth ride with the combo of the new springs and lower profile tires but its the price of looking good.
