i just installed a rb revi intake and my check engine light came on after a couple minutes of running it. Is this normal? should i take it in for a diognostic?

 

ive done some mods that cause my CE light to come on....but it usually goes away after a couple of cycles. if it doesnt....then ya...get it checked out

Autozone will check and read the code for you for free. They cant reset it, but at least you will know if the issue is serious or not.

 

Mine is on cuz of high flow cat

 

Just do the brake stomp or disconnect the battery for ten minutes.

If it comes back... then check the cap on the TB. Make sure it did not fall off or is cracked.

Also check to make sure everything is tight.

Get with me whenever dude, I have a couple of code readers. Come to think of it, get with the "other Juan" he has one of mine right now. But likely if everything as installed correctly then it will correct itself.
