Bodykit Help?

Hey, I just got a new 8 and im new to the forum... Im from Oklahoma City, i was plannin on looking for a nice kit to put on my 8.. well on friday i was driving down i-40 construction zone and this lady hit like sum piece of guardrail and it came flying at my car and i couldnt swerve anywhere (Car next to me) and so it hit the front side of my bumper which basically cracked the whole side of it and the big steel piece went under my car and i believe it screwed up my radiator and etc.. so rite now its in the Service dept.. well im thinking if i have to replace the bumper why not buy a body kit while im at it.. so if anyone knows any good sites please let me know thanks

Flip

ps: Where the oklahoma 8's at?!

That's what I'm currently doing. I'm in NW OKC and was involved in a multi-car accident(I was at a sitting stop at the time) which damaged both my front and rear bodypanels

The MS kit front and rear arrived last week and the shop is currently fixing damage/painting the kit. I can't wait to have my car back plus the new kit. The only dealer that is MazdaSpeed certified is Reynolds. While they were not my first choice for body work, their certification made dealing with the insurance companies a lot easier. I expect there still to be some hassle in the end though.

As soon as the work is done I'll make a post with a review about it.
Next up on the list is tinting+headlight smoking.

That is exactly how I got my kit. I don't know of any shops in Oklahoma, and I didn't take mine to a dealership. I would think you could talk to the dealerships and see if they're willing to work with you on a bodykit. I don't know how they would react to non-Mazda kits, but the MS shouldn't be an issue.

Check out the Exterior Appearance Forum on the board and find what you like. Personally i would go with MS Kit as well.
The Authentic one that the dealer can order, comes painted and has practically no fitment issues.

I fought and fought with the locally certified dealer and they swore they ordered with the right part code for the MS painted kit but it came unpainted. Since they're the only shop in town that can order the parts I had to go with them in the end.

We'll see how it turns out, so far the shop has been very cooperative.

I got fine fitted before i bought the car - best decision i did was to get the MS kit. Car looks awesome with it, here is mine, thought you might like another colour,

nice pics ,very clean look. I mixed veilside and Ings products . Its really what you personally are looking for and to IMO, well to hell with others snobby opinion of what creation you turn out.as long as its what you want and your happy showing it off. BTW dazygirl, drooling is cool, hmm, careful where it lands
