Black RX-8 in my new apt complex?

Black RX-8 in my new apt complex?
I just moved into some new apartments in Arlington, and I've seen this black RX-8 parked under a covered parking spot every day. Who might that be? If you see a boosted MP3 driving thru your parking lot, say what's up!

I used to live there (just moved out after purchasing a house in May). I know the RX-8 you are talking about though...under the covered parking. I don't think they are a member on this forum.
