Does anyone have the mazdaspeed dual exhaust in Austin? I'm really considering it, and I want to hear it before I make a decision. Another reason is because my girlfriend thinks exhaust is an immature thing to do, and she said she wouldn't ride with me if the exhaust is too loud because she likes to be able to have a conversation in the car.

I have teh midpipe and OEM...thats pretty F'n loud...
I'm leaning towards the Agency Power so its only going to get louder...
Anything you get which modifies the exhaust is only going to make it loud period...
And while your G/F might not like it...I can assure you that you'll probably learn to love it...
Auto-Mute @ 25% Pedal is a beautiful thing...heh

Thanks for the replies. I definitely like the sound of the exhaust from the clips i've heard from it. Another question... is it going to drown out the sound of the engine while in idle because i do like the "jetson mobile" sound of the engine

I can most likely do that day. Ill be able to know for sure in the next couple of days. I do have a favor to ask... can someone pick me up because my car isn't in austin at the moment so i'm carless. I go to UT, so it's pretty much in the center of everything

Whoops ... it's the 27th. I know I'm free. I'm sure Twinks is too. Canary is in too. I'll have my MS body kit on by then too.
Canary want to make a post for an impromptu meet on the 27th? Say 1:00pm. Any ideas for location? I live way the hell up in Leander so I'm a hike anyways but it's not a big deal to drive. Something central ... say off of 360 maybe. Open area.

I'm still down I think, we have a club run that day i won't be able to make, and I'm pretty sure I'm taking an exam in the morning (yes, Microsoft, failed last time ugh) but my afternoon should be free unless this girl i'm talking to wants to get together which may mean all bets are off

Lunch on sat...I think I'm down...I had tentative plans that might put me out of Austin for the weekend again...but its all pretty flakey right now so I might be here...

I'm down for whatever, there's Jaons' deli, pokejo's, rudy's, macaroni grill, and a bunch of ther places all kinda' crammed together along 183 so I don't really mind where as long as the grub is good
