Hello all. I've been on this board and patiently waiting to purchase my RX-8. I've think I've found one at Fred Haas Toyota World in Spring. It's an Teal 06', MT, Clean Carfax, around 60k miles, and (more importantly) the right price. I was wondering if any members could check it out for me since I live around 300 miles away. I plan to do the negotiating via the phone, but I would like some reassurance that the car is mechanically sound (i.e. no CEL's,). I know to call Mazda and do the Q & A's, but I would rather appreciate the advice of some members here. The trip to purchase would be no big deal, but I would hate for someone to take the trip with me only to have me say no. I've driven 8's so I wouldn't necessarily need to take a test drive (especially if someone checked it out beforehand) but would do so anyway just for fun. I don't want anybody here to go out of their way, but if someone is in the area I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks again!!!
