This may not be ideal, but I really need to see this in person before any final word is made. Powertrix isn't going anywhere, so we'll be sure to figure this one out! Hopefully this doesn't create too large an inconvenience for anyone. When new products enter the market testing is done, but there is always slight chance of a hiccup here or there.

Stay tuned!

BTW, still working on my inbox situation for you guys. Will be sorted soon, promise!
you can check out mine when i get them installed hahah

Finally done with install.

I took the height adjustment and threaded them all the way off, then did 20 turns on the front and 22.5 turns on the back. Also I only preloaded the springs as much as I could turn the perch with my hand. Wheel gaps are at like 3" and 4" right now. I'm guessing they'll settle about an inch and a half so in a week I'll slam it. Going for a gap of about 1 finger width.

I'm tired as hell so I'll have pics/comments up tomorrow or something.

Wait that 2mm of steel covering the front strut is what everyone is worried about?

Seriously?

A 30 second date with my grinder will solve that issue...

I mean if you were really strapped for cash you could pick up a steel file for $5 and go to work.

Thanks for the kind words Shady

For my personal car, I wouldn't think twice about giving a light shave to the bottom of my OEM strut bar. At the same time, however, it is not something that is really necessary/required.

In either case, I'll keep you all posted!

it's a count of the threads showing above/below the adjustment collar. It will give Shady a reference for how low the car will be. If he sets his the same on initial setup, he'll be close to same ride hight as the others. Without a baseline, it's all guess work.

The only thing missing is a bit of grinding/sanding. If you're really **** you could add a little rubber trim to completely cover the cut.

That'll be my resolution over the winter.

Going to be installing my coilovers this weekend hopefully. I'll post a picture of an rx8 with stock wheels lol. Going to need some spacers for my wheels asap.

Waiting for an update on the extenders... It's a one shot deal for me... I don't have the time to install/uninstall/reinstall... need to get this done in one fail swoop.

Any update for us, tilt?

The whole strut bar thing has somewhat complicated things as we do wish to fix this for users such as Moonkid who do not wish to modify the OEM strut bar.

Working on a date for the extenders for everyone. As mentioned, they are being air freighted over so there will not be a big delay. At the moment, I just need to get those tracking codes!

We'll get everything settled as soon as possible, I can promise that! My PM box should be open any minute now, so if any of you have any questions, feel free to PM me as well.

edit: PM box now has space
