The tracking info I provided is accurate. Sometimes the packages don't get scanned until they reach the destination post office. Sit tight and the package will get to you shortly. I will keep checking and update you.

Just wanted to thank you for putting together the group buy and for the prompt shipping. After speaking with you last Wednesday afternoon, the product arrived on Friday (Philly area). The pad looks terrific installed, comfortable without being obtrusive. Great product at a great price!
