As I was reading this the mailman came w/ my package. I put it on in about 3 minutes and really like the way it looks. The rotory emblem on the armrest really gives it a unique touch. This group buy rocks!!!!!

Very nice. Would love to see a tan version to match my Shinka interior.

Making the foam in any other color than black is quite expensive.

got mine the other day. i'm pleased with the service, but i think the right knee pad is a bit thick and hard. It gets in the way, and the velcro makes noise. maybe it just doesn't work well for the way i sit.

wow I checked my tracking number and mine hasn't even been received by the post office/has no info on it...it's been a week already
The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on July 17, 2007 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if / when available. Information, if available, is updated every evening. Please check again later.

I could try to find a softer pad for you. Let me know if you want to try another one.

As for the noisy velcro,

Sit tight! The usps.com web site does not update shipment info for a few days. You will get it any day.

As for the noisy velcro,
i have a fix for the velcro, it's better velcro. But don't worry about it. I think the design just isn't right for me. It's a bit low too. My knee hits the side about 2 inches higher. This pad protects my outter shin.

Great idea though. I actually thought I had invented this when I was driving one day, then I went home and saw this thread. So I just had to pick one up. Maybe version 2 will be more my speed.

And of course, great service.

Sorry it didn't fit you. Did you try to place it a bit further up on the console?
