side note: if ANYONE has purchased these for a mazda 3, please pm me. i got 2 sets for my 8, and 2 sets for my gf's 3...rodger's been a big help, but no official instructions on how to tap into the 3's lights...so any 1st hand knowledge would be appreciated!!

^^Hey Rodger, do you think I can buy just a driver side strip? Mine dims and gets bright and cant figure out why. I've tapped and retapped the wires, but its the only one of the four that does it. Thanks.

 

If you're sure it's broken, there is no reason to buy another, just send it back and I will replace it.

hey rodger, ever thought or had any comment to attach a strip to the bottom of each front door? like on the underside of the bin in the door...then hook it up to the dome lights, so when you openthe door, the light shines down by your feet...it sounds cool in my head...not really sure if it would look good though.

 

My new car has lights under the door similar to what you're talking about. I think it would be too hard to do on the rx-8, and it would require cutting, which most are not willing to do.

I can't promise you'll have your lights by friday, they went out last night.

 

I still have red, green, and blue. Today is the last day to order!!
