Hey I had a neat idea tonight rasp.....

Howa bout a wire lead coming off the driver's side LED bank, that has one LED (white/blue/or red) attached that could be used to illuminate the coin box?
I always pull into the drive through late at night and never can see a damn thing in there and have to dump out all the change to get 2 pennies. It is one spot Mazda forgot to illuminate.

I don't think it would be hard to take out the coin box, drill an appropriate sized hole and maybe hot glue or cyanoacrylate the LED to the top of the coin box?

Whaddya think?

I like the idea. If it is easy enough to do, I could make a small kit. I'll have to check this weekend.

Man, I just went back and read a bunch of pages of the thread. Now I can't decide whether to install them as running lights or dome lights.
