Ok, they are in my car and I am off to the US Post Office... Later today I will log onto PayPal and issue a few credits to the ones who have no faith; you can keep your money...

I have started reading through the post, as I have not been to this thread since I last posted... I will be responding to each and every post...

I also called the Coral Gables police and spoke to them about the complaint and all is good... In the meantime the address posted here is not me, I called the individual and spoke to him; he request that his address and number be removed...

Hey Cortc I guess I don't get a pod because I was the one to start taking some action mean while you could have posted what was going on and you didn't for 2 months???? Now your posting that we should have had more patience are you serious??? I need a list of who is getting the pods and who isn't because if I am not then I will be persuing further action due to the fact that now your telling us who is and who isn't to get the pods. If anything everyone should get the pods just due to the fact that you made us wait this long without a reponse, how can you justify your actions at all and then scholled us for getting angry and doing what anyone in our position would have done come on now where's the logic in all of that????

If you are refusing to send pods out to certain memebers including myself then I beleive the moderators should take some action and ban you from this site you have had numerous amounts of miscommunication with us and it is totally unfair. If you were to send out all of the pods then I would have to say that you redeemed yourself of your faulty communications and misrepresentation.

If you have any problems you can call me and I'd like to have your number to further dicuss this. And once we all have tracking numbers I will call my dogs off of you, because they are in further investigation of your whereabouts, you left us with not choice by not communicating, can you blame us?... you wouldn't do the same thing?

I took thre refunds as people who put their names on the list for a refund.... i.e. those that asked to be refunded.

Come on now if anything we should all get this item. I did have faith in you until you stopped responding how can you make it like its our fault.

I have contacted the founder of this site to see if something can be done this is extremeley unfair.

And you would think the rest of you would stick up for the ones who were fighting for your dash pod cover!

Well I didn't put my name on a refund list I'd rather have the item but as it sounds anyone who didn't trust him after no response of 2 months will not be shipped a cover!

Are you shipping me a cover and the rest of the members as well? You can't deny that you didn't give us an update for 2 months I know your online right now so please let us know. I would also like to call the IfccFBI and call them off of you and I did let them know that we weren't accussing you but wanted to know that you didn't pass away or something before we assummed that you ran with the money. So yes I did make a complaint but did let them know as well as the Coral Gables Police that you may have had personally issues but wanted them to check first before we concluded anything. What else should we have done? what would your suggestion have been?

I'm standing behind devious12 all the way. If he doesn't get one, I don't want one, nor should anyone else in the group buy accept it. He stood at the front of the pack and took action when all of us wanted answers and a resolution from this mess. It's either we all get the pods or we all get our money back. No ifs, ands, or buts!

Carlos, how could you justify your actions because we wanted a conclusion from the horribly long waiting? You come out of the blue (several months of silence), tell us who is getting the pods and who are not because you feel some of us have crossed the line...Think about that for a minute. I know these are one offs. I know you are a busy man settling multi-million dollar business deals, but have you thought about taking 5 minutes out of 24 hours to post an update? You still didn't give us a reason why you kept saying why you would send the pods out to us when it haven't even left your house? You dodge all the questions and come out of the blue and tell us who you think will deserve these pods. Think rationally/logically here for once.

Fraud and the like is serious and I do not take lightly to it, if I am guilty of anything it is in trying to do a favor... I have lost money on this little project just to see it through and comments like the one here continue; I will send refunds today to those who feel wronged as it is the fastest way to appease and once I am done shipping and refunding the forum wants to ban me then so be it...

I have contributed a great deal to this forum with time and money and in the end it is just not worth the hassle... Every time I have sold anything through the sales forum I have delivered very quickly as they where always standard items that required no special handling. These PODS are custom and I have had to prep them once received by polishing cleaning painting the back sides etc...

I have not used any insults nor questioned anyone's integrity; if you did not want to wait you should have asked for a refund through PayPal, I have not been here for a while because I have been very busy with my work and life since I changed positions back in December...

The dogs you refer to are people and they are not yours to call off, they are professional individuals trying to do there job and find the truth. I have spoken to them as a courtesy to them not you and to let them know that this is not a fraud case...

This is a U$150.00 dollar car part that was custom made and paid for by me before I ever received them, including molds, the parts for making the molds and all of the shipping back and forth... The group buy never reached the point that would make these meet the target price and in good faith I paid the difference that as of my count last night is over $750.00...

Sorry for the wait, it was not my intention to upset anyone it was to spread the good stuff for our cars...

Beyond this I will not make any excuses or ask for any pardon, it is what it is; and for anyone who receives a refund it is my only option at this point...
And to respond to the last comment, no I would not have...
