So I ordered stealth bulbs for my g/f for xmas... stocking stuffers... plus a pair for me... so that's (4) pairs... (8) bulbs... all I was sent was (4) bulbs... ok no problem... maybe they were forgotten... I sent an email inquiring on the status of the missing bulbs... no answer... so I sent a follow up email asking if I could get a refund on the missing bulbs... no responce... so I filed a complaint with Paypal... whcih gives 20 days for a resolution... still no responce... It's only $24 for th missing (2) pairs, but it's the princeple...

I've actually bought decals from them for my brake calipers and got everything as promised and shipped quickly, so I guess it's hit or miss with them. Sorry to hear that Critzman. Maybe I'll be a little more cautious when considering purchasing from them again.

 

Maybe it is a hit or miss... and I completely understand if a mistake was made... no big deal... retailers are scrambling this time of year... but no repsonce is not cool... and he has no contact phone either...
