DO NOT CARRY OUT TRANSACTIONS WITH TRANCESIMILATOR!!

I purchased the intake from Trancesimilator on December 10th through Paypal. He agreed to pay the 3% surcharge, and on January 5th, decided to end the sale abruptly and return my money. From our PMs below, we both had conflicts with shipping and moving around over the holidays. I was understanding about the length of time which he took to deliver the intake, but the lack of interest in completing the transaction and denying a full refund is unacceptable. He now has cut off all communication and from his comments as of recent, it’s clear that Trancesimilator has no interest in fulfilling his obligations to buyers or his credibility on this forum, so he should have no reason to want to buy or sell here further.

I'm not being unreasonable. You offered to sell goods and did not complete the transaction. I sent you $180 and I will get $180 back or the intake I purchased.

yes, it is correct. Make sure you add 3% to the $180 for the transaction fees as well.

Nope, didn't get that one! Okay, that Altus address was still valid, but you might as well send it to Texas since I'll be here the longest. I'm visiting family, so I've been skipping around to different parts of the south. Here's the address I'll be at until the 7th:

Uh, paypal will credit back the surcharge if you do a proper refund.

 

I used a bank account, not credit card. Paypal will reverse the charges automatically after the 19th since I filled a claim IF he doesn't respond. Thanks for the advice!

 

If he has a premium or business account, paypal will charge him 3% regardless of how you paid.

 

You see, this could all be remedied very quickly and with no public humilliation if he would JUST RESPOND to my PMs. I can't get a hold of him, even though his profile says he's on here at least twice a day (9:45 last night even). So a refund is not going to happen from this guy.
