Worked quickly to fix the problems that occurred with Japanese customs and my Autoexe brace.
Very courteous emails, and very professional staff.

they need to respond to emails, they posted the preferred address and apparently getting a response from there is no better
previously had an RX8Club account with them and ordered a set of clear lenses that were on backorder, never received them and when I went back to check on it my account no longer existed

Truemagellen is in the process of buying a new house. Been busy with that but has been burning the midnight oil to keep everything going.
