Problem with RotaryFX

So for christmas my girlfriend got me some stuff for lighting. she Ordered

The Door Lights

The Map Lights

Chrome bulb turn signals

The chrome bulbs and map lights came as described. 2 bulbs each set and directions in box...BUT the Door lights and the parking lights only had 1 bulb per set!...Online it clearly states 2 bulbs per set.
The bulbs with 1 bulb per set are bubble wrapped and look to be replacements..which is not what was ordered

RotaryFx does not have a number to call but she did email them and they never got back to her...

what should i do?

Most companies are not back to work until the 4th. A lot of suppliers are not at work for me so it causing trouble for me as well.

Just relax I am sure you will get taken care of by them. Just give them time.

I believe this may be related to the email that we received the evening of 12/20/10. If so, the email was responded to the next morning 12/21/10 (8:21 AM PST). You might want to check your spam folder. The email response did request the order number be provided so the issue could be researched further. Without seeing the order, I would guess that the issue is that individual replacement bulbs were selected instead of sets. Please direct any additional communications through our website as we do not have the resources to monitor and respond on this forum in a timely manner. Thank you.

yeah well i guess i can wait not really in a rush haha the girlfriend just feels like she messed up my gift, but its all good.
