Wow, this sux, i really hope polak has a good explanation for all this but if not, bye bye reputation. Not like this is an isolated incident, looks as if other forum members have experienced similar issues. Polak, get in here and remedy the situation, for real.

I have to apologize. I just wanted to let everyone know that Polak did contact me concerning my order 10 days ago.

He contacted me via the email attached to my PayPal account. I never use that email address, but that would make since that he would try to contact me via that email address. It never even dawned on me to check that old email account.

I just wanted to be the honest person here and do the right thing by Polak. You can't bury someone who is at least trying to do their part to make your purchase right and satisfactory.

I will keep everyone posted of my order status. In the mean time, Polak I apologize for being a doubter and thanks your effort.

Hi all, I just resolved an order with PoLak.

The Good:
I got all my caliper decals (and the color doesn't matter to me since I'm using them as templates)
I got a refund for things that weren't available
His phone number is on the letterhead that came with the decals
He didn't want me to bother returning items sent in error
He sent stuff to the correct address, despite my order having the wrong one

The Bad:
The website's stock list is wrong, I ordered two silver decals, and he doesn't have any. The site still says they are available and I pretty badly want some, but I guess I'll never get any.
I was sent yellow decals instead of silver ones
He's pretty tough to reach, I sent a PM and three email about my address and never heard back from him
Damn, I really want some silver RX8Club stickers!

The Skinny:
He's selling the business, and the new owner can hopefully update the stock

Good luck PoLak, congrats on graduation, you made some really kick-@$$ stuff while it was available, I only wish I could buy some of it now!

Ok guys, EVERYBODY needs to chill out for a sec. I am buying out PolakGraphics.com, we are in the middle of completing the legal issues. I will hopefully have this business in my hands within the next 2 weeks. So I am asking for all of you have a patiently waited for your products to wait it out just a little longer. He is busy with a job offer he got in Saudi Arabia, he leaves in the next month i think.

To my understanding, yes. Though I have no products or inventory in my hands yet, he should be shipping your orders out until i receive them. I will have a restocked inventory as well.

That's some crappy timing there but can you go into a little more detail? The random post linked above said he is not keeping his inventory up to date on his site. In addition he seems to not be responding to orders or emails about orders . I bought some decals/tshirt on 5/13. I emailed Fri. morning so there's still some benefit of the doubt with the long weekend on the email response. Worse though he's keeping the site up, without valid inventory, and taking paypal orders.

Hope you did well on the legal part of the transfer. You might be buying a lemon if it's gonna be your obligation satisfying all the orders that he already took money for over the last couple weeks.

 

Post a message or something for the GRAND RE-OPENING of a fully functional polakgraphics when you have fully taken up the business.

I just came across this and I ordered 4 mazdaspeed caliper decals in white and it has been two weeks they said they were in stock. Now I read this and I do not know weather to file a paypal dispute or not, but no delivery or even an email about pending shippment what is up ?

 

Hey sorry about that, Mark and I have been in the middle of exchanging websites, accounts, inventory, etc. its been a crazy 2 weeks! The new paypal account has not been added to the site yet, as soon as it is, Mark is going to fwd me all the current orders. I will have a fully restocked inventory by July 11th. Sorry for the inconvenience.

 

Dude 3-4 weeks for a 4 small decals. I can not blame you but Mark is just wrong for taking money and not telling people he is out of the loop. Then not returning email or calls is way wrong and unprofessional. Does he know that this is a form of mail fraud? really you guys have to get it together and shippout what has been ordered so you do not hold up any other people. I ordered in advance of what I was trying to do and I had to put my car back together and not I have to wait for you to ship and take it apart and do the work and put it all back together again. It is just wrong!
