Thumbs down Mazsport / Race Roots / minds eye engineering

Anyone who has had issues with Scott and his handy work is hopefully aware by now that after the **** hit the fan, he went undercover and had other people front his businesses.

If you are one of those lucky people who were ripped off, I suggest the first step be to file a complaint with the Florida division of consumer services:

http://csapp.800helpfla.com/CSPublic...Complaint.aspx

They don't do a lot of digging, so you have to make sure the case stated provides enough information for them to go after him.

I personally have a judgment against Mazsport for $2000, and I would like what is owed to me. Scott also has property of mine that he received shortly before closing shop. He decided to keep it.

His mechanic from the old Mazsport business just messed up by publicly announcing that Scott is under the covers of this new business. That sucks for Scott since he's taken a lot of effort to hide his name from appearing in the company registrations or even whois ownership of his domains.

Mazda People: New Mazda/Rotary Shop. . .

I'm very happy to announce that Minds Eye Engineering is now booking appointments!

Just put up a simple sort of 'online business card' here:

Scott & I have spent the last several years making slow Mazdas fast & fast Mazdas faster.

Would that be the same Scott from Mazsport that closed a while back?

This is corroborated by several people on the MazdaSpeed forums that have attended a dyno day with Scott as the tuner as well as people that have patronized the new shop in Largo.
And, of course, the "other" connection https://www.rx8club.com/moved-thread-holding-area-119/race-roots-bad-vendor-195824/

Here is the company registration for minds eye:

Nanette Kiss is the listed owner.

No BFD, right? Wrong. Look at Nanette's friends on facebook.

Im going to make this clear here for everyone.

I don't want to see here, on this forum, the "e-thuggery" as Jeff put it on that other forum .

Mysql has posted the info. If you guys need to contact each other over the legal matters do so. but lets keep personal information and people's family off the 8club. Personal threats are out of bounds as well.

Another good link is this one though:

https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/

It stipulates (among other things) that if a business cannot deliver goods in a reasonable amount of time after payment then you can file a complaint

Thanks Zoom. I encourage those who have grievances to file reports and contact a local lawyer to see what avenues can be taken. We do not want this thread locked.

I have a private forum setup for this purpose if anyone doesn't want to broadcast this info to Scott (who I am sure is monitoring the websites closely).

Just been informed that the infamous Steven Scott Glassburn is also behind rx8performance.com

Just a heads-up to any prospective customers, he owes (as if I'll ever see it) me $1200...........
