Jose bought my carbon fiber doors and even though the transaction is over, we still talk pretty regularly. He paid in full, on time and I am proud to help turn his 8 into a carbon monster. I also drove up to garden grove to get him a new rear carbon fiber valence since shipping is dangerous to large carbon pieces and it was cheaper for me to run and grab it too. So I drove the doors and the valence to Houston from San Diego two Wednesday nights ago, made the trip in the dark, rain, freezing cold (about 30 deg at night) with the top down since they wouldn't fit with the top up. I did get some sweet pics of New Mex and Arizona too. I made it to Houston about 4:30 in the AM Friday morning and we both checked each others cars out, in the butt cold rain. He kept in touch about pretty much everything related to the deal and other stuff too. I would GLADLY do business with him again, no question.

 

Correct me if I'm wrong,
You picked up parts in GG (74miles), then you drove them 1400 miles one way to drop them off.?
Is that right?...2900miles
